About e-TRAC
e-TRAC is Reconext’s home grown After Market Service solution created in 2001. e-TRAC has integrated with 16 logistics and transport companies worldwide. Through e-TRAC we can provide full end to end visibility and is customisable to provide updates to end users via email or SMS.
Management by exception
e-TRAC enables management by exception and can also be used as a payment gateway. It is currently in use in over 40 active programs globally in multi-lingual formats.
Own look and feel
We can provide individual logons to e-TRAC, customise the look and feel to your own branding and all portals are hosted online avoiding the need for downloads.

Teleplan launches new service platform e-TRAC Next Generation
12 February, 2018Teleplan is proud to announce the launch of its new state of the art service platform e-TRAC Next Generation. This new product integrates many of the ASM IT services that Teleplan has offered their customers and partners in the past into a single new portal. e-TRAC NG is developed using the newest technologies, is GDPR compliant and can be tailored to fit our customer’s needs.
